Misfit Return Policy

US Returns

We hope you love your Misfit but if, for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), we will happily accept returns of merchandise in new condition for up to 90 days from purchase for a full refund - as long as both pieces - the device and strap (or straps if you purchased a bundle) are returned together. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

All online orders must be returned via the method described below.

M.Y. MISFIT Return Policy

All items created using M.Y. Misfit are built-to-order, however we want you to be happy. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your M.Y.Misfit, you may return it for a full refund within our 90 day satisfaction guaranteed window, as long as both pieces - the device and the strap - are returned together and are in new condition.

Processing a Return:

The packing slip received in your shipment includes a return form and shipping label for your convenience. If you retained these forms, please follow the instructions below to process your return:

A. Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.

B. Fill in the “Return Detail” page of your packing slip. In the items list, write a return reason code (provided on the form) and the quantity for each item from the order that is being returned.

Return reasons are as follows:

  • 1. Size too small
  • 2. Size too big
  • 3. Overall fit issue
  • 4. Damaged / Defective
  • 5. Color faded / Discolored
  • 6. Not as pictured
  • 7. Order delayed
  • 8. Damaged in transit
  • 9. Duplicate style / shipment
  • 10. General return / Gift

C. Put the Return Detail page into the box before sealing it.

D. Seal the package

E. Affix the return shipping label on the outside of the box

Returns without Packing Slip

If you do not have your original Return Detail form or shipping label, you can still return your items using one of the options below:


We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Misfit is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

If you are in need of a new prepaid return shipping label, please contact Misfit at help@misfit.com.

International Returns

To return an item within 60 days from the original purchase date, international customers must contact help@misfit.com. A return shipping label will be generated electronically and sent via email.

Shipping cost for returned orders can vary and is deducted from the amount being refunded.

International customers should not mail their products to the domestic return address shown on the Misfit website.

When the product safely returns to its hub, Borderfree issues a credit to the customer’s card. The refund includes the price of the product, duties, and taxes. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and associated fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
